In a process to provide a wider range of Infrastructure services, Currimjee Informatics Ltd (CINF) has also introduced its SYS ADMIN SERVICE.  The aim of this service is to ensure that our customers run their computing system correctly and as efficiently as possible.  
The scope of services involved is:

Preventive Maintenance of the hardware
CINF will carry out preventive maintenance and include the following.

• Complete cleaning of the hardware
• Checking the hardware in a stop mode
• Verification of fault LEDS
• Verification of operating environment

Complete System Check
CINF will perform complete health check the system to proactively detect coming failures and react according. Main task would be:

• Check functioning of all hardware and their interaction with the operating system
• Check Hard Drive Space
• Check RAM utilization
• Check CPU utilization
• Run scandisk
• Check Event logs
• Check for patches and identify if required

Adhoc Support as per request
CINF will intervene as per Service Level Agreement to solve problems as reported by the customer on HP server by our technical support team.
