These services are meant to protect our customers from downtime in their organizations related to network, hardware or application failure.

The main benefits derived from Business Continuity Services are:

• Critical parts for hardware under maintenance are available at hand.
• Resources as well as required infrastructure are available in the event of interruption to business. 
• Downtime due to hardware failure is reduced to the minimum

The Business Continuity Services are an enhancement to a normal maintenance contract where replacement of faulty parts was subject to availability of those parts. These parts are identified by our technical team of professional consultants. After careful analysis of the business needs and requirements, our consultants recommend certain parts of the hardware which are more prone to go faulty with time to be kept as critical parts. Moreover, Business Continuity Services proposed are extended to a period of 3 years.
